Crafted from animal-conscious synthetic cotton felt and finished in a custom Bourbon Wiskey colorway, this piece is designed to look earned, not new. Warm, sun-worn tones meet raw texture, creating a hat that feels lived in from the first wear.
Adorned with repurposed, genuine designer materials, each build carries subtle variation—no two are exactly alike, even within the same run. This is intentional. Patina is part of the design.

Every Cosmo Green piece is wearable art — hand-dyed, burned, distressed, cut, and assembled entirely by me.
